3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and the stage of your application or inquiry. You may receive up to 2–5 SMS messages per week related to your application status, appointments, or account.

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your driver application or account status."

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. These fees vary based on your carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Iacob Company Inc is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Iacob Company Inc by submitting an online form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messaging from Iacob Company Inc at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Once opted out, you will receive no further SMS communications. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
